A magnificent arcltie, Angela. What fascinates me most about the ongoing Rangers/Sevco scandal is that it is a microcosm of a corrupt society. The Scottish media has bent over backwards to endorse the notion that a zombie club doing a semi-credible impersonation of the defunct Rangers is sufficient reason to pretend that nothing serious really happened.Everything is supposed to be more or less okay apart from the unfortunate temporary displacement of Sevco-Masquerading-As-Rangers from the pinnacle of Scottish football.Compare the media's relentless campaign against Neil Lennon when he was the innocent victim of a calculated deception by the former referee and discredited liar, Dougie McDonald. McDonald's boss, Hugh Dallas, tried to continue the cover-up and sustain the lies. When Dallas came under pressure after shooting himself in the foot by sending sectarian emails through the SFA's internal mail system, the entire body of Scottish Grade One referees rallied to his aid by going on strike. The Scottish media could not do enough to help them. When match officials were called in from abroad to enable the scheduled fixtures to go ahead, Chick Young availed himself of the BBC's resources to phone a referee in Israel and present him with a wildly imbalanced misrepresentation of the reasons for the strike. The same Chick Young then sped to Glasgow Airport to intercept another referee and persuade him to go back home.Former referees Kenny Young and Stuart Lovell appeared to have unlimited access to the airwaves of all the major broadcasters while simultaneously having the sympathetic ear of every Rangers-friendly hack in the press. All of this energy was expended in order to put Neil Lennon and Celtic on the back foot despite the fact of the overwhelming evidence that they had been lied to by the game's leading officials on the matter of a relatively minor refereeing blunder. This particular episode highlights as well as any other the proof that the Scottish media wilfully ignore the facts and peddle outright lies in a sustained campaign to defend the interests of a corrupt system which has always taken it as read that whatever else happens Rangers must always be guaranteed a position of dominance in the Scottish game. That preposterous and outrageous premise is still close to the centre of the Establishment agenda in Scotland and that is why the ludicrous idea that a dead club still exists is being promulgated with such fanatical determination by the poodle media.Rangers are dead.Sevco are trying to step into the vacuum. No honest, honourable person is going to lie down and allow them to do that.Keep up the good work. |

Hi, Kevin! your post is very informative. I'm from California & I'd like to share from my eiecrxpnee. Many people in California assume that property inspectors are licensed. In fact, California real estate inspectors are not licensed. The most reliable inspectors are merely certified by the California Real Estate Inspectors Association (CREIA). The CREIA certification shows that the inspector has taken a minimum number of courses dealing with building construction and maintenance. Non-certified inspectors tend to have very little eiecrxpnee. There is no barrier to entry to becoming a home inspector. Thanks! |

Christy, I think it's so intsreeting how your work grew out of intsreet in how humans become who they are, and that much of your focus has been on children . . . also your mention of being grounded by photography. The wood is screwed togehetr (evenly spaced) with large 6” screws designed for joining landscaping timbers. The corners are then drilled using a long wood bit and 110v drill. Also drill three holes on long side and two holes on short evenly spaced. Hammer rebar into holes down into ground. You may want to trim rebar depending on length so it goes at least 2’ into ground below wood. |

It is really ipmortant to realise that credible executives will engage with your renters to manage the disposition of your property. On the opposite side, check web forums and you'll find many examples of property owners who were let down by property cribs who never checked on their properties. No matter whether the property is management personally or by a home property management pro, there'll be vacancies and difficult repairs occasionally. |

Reply:January 27th, 2009 at 10:06 pmI love the smell and sound of a real fire but I have to admit I like the convenience of the gas logs.Grace Reply:January 28th, 2009 at 10:18 amMe too I love the smell and sound too. Well, husband is keen in building the fire, so I just sit back and enjoy it. I love watching the bunring wood too. We have 6 acres of wooded land, and landlady has another 100 acres. The former tenant has started a stash already and hopefully that stash will last us for the rest of the winter. This spring/summer we will be busy chain-sawing for next winter. At first I was a little concerned about the fireplaces sucking up the heat up to the chimney instead of producing heat. It is a well built and well functioning one. This house has a wonderful structure and the walls are very thick. The fireplace is three story high. |

They will likely show as paid dleunqiencies unless you take action. Credit repair should get these and all other negative marks off your bureau. Usually companies charge hundreds of dollars to simply pull your credit and send correctly worded dispute letters—this is the key…..people will tell you that you can do this yourself for free but the truth of the matter is that the credit bureaus will throw your letters away or simply reject them. There is an easy to use online kit that will deliver the results you want available for just $19.95 at the source website. A similar kit is being sold via infomercials and radio talk shows for seventy dollars more but they try to solicit you repeatedly for other services after the fact. |

NO NO NO NO.. DON'T DO IT!Ok, I'm a financial aoivsdr.. so here goes.Your credit card company wont tell you this, but if you are late.. even a day over, they can punch your rate up to 30% or whatever they want. Also, say you pay it on time and they simply don't get it hello 30%. No excuses. You pay.Now you don't want to get stuck with a 30-100k bill at 30%. Now that this horrrible administration has taken out the personal joe's ability to declare bankruptcy and that credit cards are changing minimum payment laws so that minimum payments will be much higher.. I advise you to stear clear of this. Hope that when you get done you can get into a program (they are out there) that will allow you to drop your interest rate by 1% after 24 months of ontime payments and another .25% if you make it auto pay Look, some of the lowest rates you'll see should be on student loan rates. When I went rates were at 8%. That's not so bad..The only reason I'd say to pay it off is if you can secure it to a lower secured credit line like a home equity loan (if rates dump again). But since student loans are federally guaranteed, you should be able to defer or forbear most if you decide to go back to school later, or get that degree you thought you wouldn't need. If you switch this principle amount out of a guarenteed student' loan, that money is no longer eligible for a forbearance or deferance.Good question Hey here's a thought though if you ever plan on having a home of your own.. get a credit card, but KEEP YOUR PRINCIPLE DOWN BELOW 30%.. in other words, if your limit is 1000 bucks, never use more than $330. Why? Because the credit agencies will see you as being desperate for money and will drop your score if you use more than that. Keep in mind that you want to build up your score now so that when you want a good credit card, or low mortgage rate on a home.Good luck!!Jason |

Good for you!!!!!!!! Beginning a new way of healthy etnaig is NOT easy, I do know this, but the experts have been saying for years that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Fruit is great and most important, but so is fiber, protein and dairy. Remember, by the time your day ends, no matter what you've eatten for your morning fuel,(within reason) it will most likely be burned off by the end of the day. I have come to love this website called Myrecipes.com, because most of the healthy, lighter cooking giants have recipes here. I've listed some of the more popular breakfast recipes here, but I would hope you could browse through some of their other recipes as well, to build your daily menu with your caloric needs. I also, do love the fact that they give you a recipe with all of the calories, fat, saturated fats, cholesterol and such requirements, so you can balance your diet based on your specific needs. Firstly if you have never been late for the last 6 years then I'm assuming that you have a petrty good credit rating. I have been there, done that and am coming to the end of getting myself out of the debt, whilst i wouldn't presume to tell you what to do, I will tell you what I did.1. Stop using the card, cut it up.2. Make sure you are not paying the Payment Protection that should save you a lot per month (only stop this though if you can, you may have other insurance to protect you or you are not likely to lose your job in the very short term difficult but your call) This part is down to you weighing up all the options3. Check out other credit card companies and see what balance transfer deals with X months interest free there are4. Apply to one or two other credit card companies where by you can either transfer the whole balance to one card or split the difference across the two.5. Having bounced the credit onto a new card with 9 or 12 months interest free (so you won't be incurring any interest) pay off as much as you possibly can per month.6. Towards the end of this interest free period, go back to your original credit card provider and now see if they have any deals regarding interest free for balance transfers (sometimes they want you back because they think that you will get into the same mess again.. BUT YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LET THAT HAPPEN!)7. Contact other providers and try to bounce the debt again.. by now it would have been nearly 1 year since you last did it.I did this a number of times, have a great credit scoring (I pay experian to access my credit record) and am coming to the end of paying off nearly a318k of debt. Yes it has taken a few years. The only other thing I would do and it depends on your circumstances would be if you have a mortgage and you have some equity in your house extend it, its the cheapest loan you will ever ever get.Good luck with it.. if my answer does anything hopefully it shows you that it can be done. I looked at debt consolidation but it screws your credit rating and they are real sharks and causes you no end but trouble. Friends have used companies in the past and there are numerous horror stories of them consolidating the debt, but in the long run costing them much much more.. they may not be paying a mad amount per mnth, but they are paying much more for much much longer.. At the beginning I even had a consolidation company tell me that I should take a debt consolidation loan for a322k because of all the stress I had been under and maybe (AND I'm NOT KIDDING HERE) go on a holiday. With that much debt, going on a holiday was one of the things that got me into this mess I personally don't trust them. |

When I saw Avatar last night, I noticed it was set on a moon of a gas giant, and witihn minutes I thought of Call Me Joe, which I read about 30 years ago.Now I have to see if I can read CMJ again. As I remember it, Joe was on the surface of Jupiter; I think the copy I read was in an anthology of Jupiter stories. Also I only remember that Joe was alone down there. I want to check back in and re-learn the CMJ premise/central conflict and how it turned out.I definitely agree that Cameron, an obvious fan of good SF, may have been influenced by CMJ. However, the way he took off from that into Avatar, I feel the new story does not rip off CMJ.Thanks for the forum! |

I have gone through your wesbtie and can say that it is spot on. I have had some success in dating TS girls myself and I can contest that it is no different than getting to know anyone in life. Always treat everyone with care and respect. For me it helped to go online and find TS events held at clubs after that it's just like going to any other club, have a few drinks, dance and have fun.I hope you keep up with your site, this type of thing is very helpful for anyone who has questions about TS girls and how to meet them.Happy New Year's to you. |

Most I've met online on some of these sites are posers and saying they are one thing but turn into another.i've talked with some other women on my job or jobs but nothing becomes of it. Mostly attached with someone controling at home. I'm not looking for sex or hook ups but someone to have some a nice night or lunch date with a friend.I don't know, maybe i'm just venting here but what is your insight? Kay |

Hey.I'm a 100% non synthetically-medicated pcyhsotic kid. Diagnosed schizophrenic and have very serious positive symptoms and equally horrible negative symptoms. Here is what I do to keep on top of the depression that is one of my negative symptoms.1) Omega 3 Fish Oil. You may have to buy a brand manufactured for kids because adult brands don't tend to be filtered for mercury and you DEFINITELY want a mercury-free product. 2) Multi-vitamins. Take something with a very high iron, vitamin D and magnesium.3) Exercise. If you're overweight, a healthier bodyweight will help you out. If you're not, exercise will still release endorphins. Personally when I'm at my worst I do yoga from flashcards, (this is when I cannot leave the house) boxing, and jumping jacks while a music channel (usually rock but I figure anything with a good beat that you like listening to when you're happy will work) is on. I also go running, when I'm not as bad, usually in a forest on warm days or at a beach on cold days, somewhere where I'll be alone with nature and my ipod. 4) Music. I mentioned the music channel & ipod above, but I also blare Queen, Bowling for Soup, Blink-182 and the All-American Rejects (aka nobody who sings about death, depression, suicide, sadness, or has a downbeat - less than 4/4 - track) and I HATE IT. It makes me MAD and MAD is better than depressed. It is more productive. ;]5) I force myself to do things I enjoy when I'm happy. I take a shower with the nice smelling soap and warm my towels on the radiator, I watch the funny episodes of Firefly and my favourite films and read magazines and This Book Will Save Your Life (A.M Homes - it's my favourite book). And if that sucks, I do the laundry and hoover. For me what works is just keeping moving. Then even if my whole day sucks and I can't bear it, the next day I can wake up to something good I've done and maybe feel better for it - or I have fond memories of my favourite movie etc.6) My favourite one - I read a book I've written. It's a big old book that I bought ages ago and when I'm happy, I write things I like in the book. Stupid stuff like, Xander from Buffy, and the sound from line arrays, and Diamond 4's, and sherbert lemons, and Harry Potter 1, and Gandhi quotes, things that have no consequence. If I'm only mildly down, it can get me back up.7) Meditation. Just sit quietly and concentrate on not concentrating on anything. If that makes sense. Don't allow yourself to have thoughts. Let your only thought be the thought that stops you thinking about anything. It sounds complex but you probably get my meaning. I like to meditate either in the dark in my room but the sunlight is good for depression so I force myself to sit in the middle of the living room with all the shades open in the sunlight. Therapy. Not from a councillor - from a psychologist, in particular a psychologist who is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist - these people are like GOLDDUST. They will teach you how to get through your worst moments and help you tailor your recovery techniques to your own personality. Plus, they're also usually really cool not-up-themselves people. Interview a few different psych's if you can, and if they're in an office and wearing a suit, don't bother. Find someone who wears jeans and listens to the music you like and likes the TV shows you like, so you geniunely like their company and that way, you'll get a lot more out of your time with them - it'll be more friendly and less clinical. And that in itself will lift your mood. Please bear in mind that the most important thing to have to get over depression without meds is psychological resilience. You need to be the type of depressed person who says, this sucks, but I WILL GET THROUGH THIS. I WILL NOT GIVE UP.. I WILL FORCE MYSELF THROUGH THIS. If you're prone to giving up (I am not saying this is something to be ashamed of, it's just something to be honest about - I understand fully that being a can't-be-f*cking-bothered/don't-want-to-can't-make-me depressive is horrific and not something the depressive can help) you may have to come to terms with the fact that you may need a low dosage of meds (Citalopram is good in low doses) to get you through, and you may have to rely more heavily on therapy. Either way, get a CBT and remember you are not alone, and you should never give up on yourself.'When all you've got to keep is strong, move along. And even when your hope is gone, move along.'Good luck. Was this answer helpful? |

But I think, with the exception of the very wealthy, that may end once the middle-upper class parents realize they their homes are not worth as much as they thought and that they can't afford to give away the retirement money to the kids. I know my parents feel bad for my husband and I and others our age, saddled with student loan debt and facing increasing prices. However, I doubt I'll be seeing any 6-figure handouts. And really, why should I? My parents sent me to college and I emerged debt free, they have helped me out along the way and in law school they deserve a nice retirement. Unfortunately, a lot of kids nowadays feel entitled and care very little (in fact, they probably think very little) for what their parents lives will be like in 20 years. It's kind of disgusting.Hang in there though my husband and I are also closing in on that kind of savings, make well into the six figures and still can't afford but in a year (or more if you choose) we will be able to. Or you can keep that dream rent of yours wish mine was that low! |

It's going to be difficult to boorrw $100,000. without collateral. I think you can pledge (tie up) your IRAs, other retirement accounts, cash valur life insurance policies, real estate owned or annuities coming in. Applying for four, $25000. loans at the same time might help, but the interest for such a high amount will be high if you have no collateral. http://oxtyspsesd.com bvbzmq [link=http://xldmvkemdig.com]xldmvkemdig[/link] |
