cool :) you have a lot of interesting features in mind :)
a few of them are probably already possible .. e.g. the forum features btw. for the code highlight you could also take a look at http://softwaremaniacs.org/soft/highlight/en/ which sounds pretty nice.. simply let the client highlight the code with javascript :) as for trouble ticket system.. i have began to create something similar (based on the forum obviously :) ) .. currently it is on hold though .. see http://test.inosit.net/inosit/divisions/show/2/ (username/password: demo / demo) Hey, we have Signatures !!!
