it works fine in my local installation though...
it works, you just don't have permission to edit anything outside Sandbox/* :)

How is that outside the Sandbox?
well.. to create a subsnip of the sandbox you need to use [Sandbox/MySnip] .. not just \MySnip .. this is because i see snip names as just.. that.. names.. not a directory hierarchy ..

to be honest i'm not sure if this is the expected behavior ... but.. i don't think if you create some CamelCase link you expect it to be below the current snip ? this would be quite annoying i guess ?
