This occured when I tried creating a new thread W/ ATTACHMENT on a board category of type sphlinklist.

How do I turn off ATTACHMENT functionality for sphlinklist board types?

it is currently not possible to disable attachments for only one category .. only for the whole forum ...

but i should have fixed that problem now .. please update from subversion and try again
