Body:	there's tax that go to education to fund PUBLIC EDUCATION , have you heard of it? it sends soenome through primary and secondary education k thru 12 in the USA.Other countries are envious of American's education. Many around the world don't even get to high school. It's not a privilege for the wealthy. Every citizens(even illegals) child gets education. What are you talking about?
