Generally, I don't sprinkle salt on my<a href="http://brdkncgy.com"> bnnaann</a> peze after they are cooked before frying them for a second time, I soak them for about 10-15 minutes in salted water (room temp) so that the flavor can get inside them better. This allows you to skip the last step and to taste the saltiness on the inside of the<a href="http://brdkncgy.com"> bnnaann</a> peze as well. However, if you like to feel the grains of salt on your<a href="http://brdkncgy.com"> bnnaann</a>, then skip soaking them in salty water and just sprinkle on the salt at the end. [or you can do both for maximum damage to heart health! ]If you don't like your rice to be pat', or sticky, you should avoid stirring the rice as it is cooking. You can just flatten out the top surface of the rice before you put on the cover .Great work!
