And if it is say a million, then in theory could 5 or 10 people power texting' or whatever they call it, make up a million votes ?I bet there is no way now to calculate which calls came from those phones and if they were thrown out or not. One of the parties was at the college FOOTBALL STADIUM and the other was as large . thousands of people. The local news interviewed people at the parties who were able to cast over 6000 votes per hour. AT&T should define a few phones . an obvious attempt to trivialize and back-peddle on this. After Kris Allen was announced as the winner Fox 16 News in Little Rock bragged that AT&T had confirmed that over 38 million votes came out of Arkansas then tried to retract that the next day when it all backfired on them.
